:: Has performed more than 3 sprint distance triathlons
:: Must be able to cycle greater than 13mph for a minimum of 10 miles.
:: Can comfortably Swim 400m, Bike 10 miles, & Run/Jog 2 miles
:: Is fairly comfortable with all 3 disciplines of triathlon.
:: Wants to understand how to improve their performance by evidence-based science.
:: Wants to take their training to the next level--WORKING HARD to accomplish goals
